The Ministry of National Defense (MND) stated today (5^th) that a total of nine CCP aircraft sorties (including one sortie in the south-west airspace) and two CCP vessel sorties were detected as at 17:00, and have continued to carry out maneuvers over the sea and air space around the Taiwan Strait. The Armed Forces have adopted mission aircraft, vessels, and shore-based missile systems to closely monitor and respond to the situation.
