The Ministry of National Defense (MND) stated today (4th) that a total of nine CCP aircraft sorties (including two sorties in the south-west airspace) and four CCP vessel sorties were detected as of 17:00, and have continued to carry out maneuvers over the sea and air space of the Taiwan Strait. The Armed Forces have adopted mission aircraft, vessels, and shore-based missile systems to closely monitor and respond to the situation.
