In response to media reports that "CCP military aircraft had trespassed over Taiwan by as many as 5704 times last year", Air Force Command clarifies today (2^nd) that the total number of CCP aircraft that had invaded our air defense identification zone (ADIZ) totaled more than 2900 in 2020.

Air Force Command further points out that relevant information in the unfreeze port that was delivered to the third session of Legislative Yuan was incorrectly planted. Redactions were completed immediately and in full. In addition, Command indicates that it is well-equipped to handle developments over the periphery of sea and airspace around the Taiwan Strait and will take decisive actions to ensure our homeland security.
